I have a particular interest in supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals through mindfulness practices that foster resilience, self-compassion, and authentic living. While my coaching is open to everyone, I recognize the unique experiences and stressors 2SLGBTQIA+ people may encounter and strive to provide a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported.
