Sound Bath
A sound bath offers an opportunity to pause, settle into stillness, and reconnect with yourself through the experience of sound and vibration.
An experience in listening.
Through resonant tones and vibrations, a sound bath creates space to rest, reflect, and experience a different kind of pause from the pace of everyday life. My sound baths include the use of instruments such as singing crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and more, all to help regulate your nervous system and restore harmony in the body.

Helpful Details
Do you travel to homes, workplaces, and studios?
Yes! I work with you to hold a session in a location that makes the most sense for you. I currently only travel within the Greater Grand Forks area.
How many people can join a group session?
I do not have a limit on the number of people in a group session.
What should I bring? What should I wear?
The goal is to maximize comfort. Wear comfortable clothes that allow for you to relax. I recommend having a yoga mat or thick blanket as you will be lying down on your back. Bring some pillows or cushions for added support.
Will it be loud? What Instruments do you use?
Loud is different for everyone. Each instruments has its own varying level of "loudness." My goal is to play the instruments in a way that promotes relaxation and each individual will have their own response to the sound. Common instruments I use include: crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, wind and seed chimes, wave drum, and tongue drum. I often incorporate other instruments as well depending on the the requested experience. I caution participation in a sound bath if you experience sound sensitivity.
What if I fall asleep?
This is pretty common, it means you are relaxing! I'll bring you back at the end of the session.
A sound bath is a wellness experience and not a medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment.
